All EE online orders include free delivery by DPD. If your device is in stock it will be despatched as soon as your order has been processed and you’ll be sent a text to let you know when you’ll receive it. If it’s out of stock then you’ll be contacted with information on when you’re likely to receive it, followed by a text when it’s despatched.
All SIM Only packages will be sent out by first class mail.
You can also arrange delivery to an alternative address if you’re not going to be at home.
EE offers a Follow My Parcel service for online orders sent to your home or an alternative address. The day before your delivery is due you will receive a text confirming the day of the delivery with a link to DPD’s website to track its progress. The text also gives you the option to rearrange delivery.
Then on the morning of delivery you’ll receive another text detailing the one hour delivery window, the name of the DPD driver, a link to the website to track your order and another chance to rearrange the delivery if the time is inconvenient.
If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted the driver will leave a card with details of how to rearrange the delivery and will try again the next working day.
You can also have your parcel delivered to an EE store. In which case you’ll get a text when it is in store and ready for collection.
If delivery is to an EE store you’ll need to bring both the order confirmation email and either your passport or driving licence photo card. If delivering to an alternate address the order confirmation isn’t necessary but you will still need to show the delivery driver either your passport or driving licence.
If you arrange delivery to your home address Police ID cards, Military ID cards and disability ID cards are also accepted.
